Fundamental Athletics Training – Winter 2022

ABOUT
PLAC training program is focused on skill development for all PLAC participants. For the young and inexperienced it’s about mastering fundamental movements, that later become the basis for good technique. While for the older and more experienced Little Athlete, it’s a chance to refine techniques that will lead to improved performance during competition.

TRAINING TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS – Summer Season

Tuesdays: 5:30 – 6:30
For fundamentals and advanced groups.
Fundamentals (U6-8)
Advanced training (U9+)

Thursdays: 5:30 – 6:30(ish)
For advanced training (U9+) and special events including relays etc.

*PLEASE NOTE*

Only registered athletes can attend training due to insurance and COVID tracking purposes. Please ensure you arrive on time and bring a water bottle and any personal belongings you might need, i.e. spikes etc.
