Summer Track and Field Season

2021 – 2022 Track and Field season starting mid October and running through to the March.

Track and Field include a wide range of events. These include Sprints, Hurdles, Middle Distance, Relays, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, (or Vortex for the littlies), Long Jump, Triple Jump, and High Jump. Training is modeled to build the athlete’s skills one building block at a time. The skills leaned in Little Athletics can be developed towards any sport.

Winter Cross Country Season

Cross Country (XC) is our Winter Athletics season. It is family orientated and we encourage and allow all members of the family to participate. We run and race on all types of tracks … through puddles, bush trails, mud, and open grass and in all weather conditions.

We encourage all abilities and reward PB’s (personal bests). It’s not just how fast you run; it’s how much you can improve.
